Mount Kenya is the second uppermost Mountain in Africa, it positioned in somewhat nearby the shadow of its taller neighbor Kilimanjaro, the Highest Mountain in Africa which lies some 320km away in the south and is observable on a clear day. Mount Kenya offers a wealth of excellent and diverse hiking possibilities.  Mount Kenya can be of various classes but is at its best high on the mountain where the syenite rock is similar to granite. Mt. Kenya is an olden volcanic type, what is left today is volcanic plug which erosion has fashioned into the complex jagged outline of the central peaks.

Maasai Mara:

The Maasai Mara National Reserve is globally famous for its outstanding inhabitants of lions, leopards and cheetahs, and the annual migration of zebra and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti every year from July to October, known as the Great Migration. Maasai Mara is said to be the large game reserve in Kenya situated in Narok County, neighboring with the Serengeti National Park in Mara Region, Tanzania. It is said to be named in tribute of the Maasai people who were the ancestral inhabitants of the Mara County. The Maasai Mara National Reserve is only a fraction of the Greater Mara Ecosystem.

Fort Jesus and Old Town and ancient Buildings

Fort Jesus is located on Mombasa, built in 1591 by King Philip II of Spain to safe guard the Old Port of Mombasa. The Fort is said to be built in the form of a man when it is viewed from the air. In 2011 was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. While in Fort Jesus, our visitors will have an interesting and magnificent time to see historical place, they will spend a day exploring the gun turrets, battlements and houses within the walls. There is a brilliant Museum and trained guides available. Today the magnificent Fort Jesus is one of the Kenya National Monument position at Mombasa harbor.

Kenya is one of the famous surfing places in Africa, Surfers visit to Kenya more than other parts in East Africa or Africa at large, this part of East Africa is consequently a comparatively easy land to travel through. The majority of our visitors get here to see the wildlife in national parks and games while some visit to climb Mounts. In Mombasa, the west coast is has big swells from the Indian Ocean which provides surfing opportunities to our visitors. May to October is better season for surfing while the peak is in July and August.



Uganda Safaris Options:

Mountain Gorilla Tracking: 

Uganda is well known for mountain gorillas which are mainly found in tropical rain forests South West of Uganda. In Bwindi, Gorillas are the main attraction where ten gorilla household are found. Gorilla tracking is the first choice for many of our visitors and who ever traveling to Uganda for touristic activities.

Chimpanzee Trekking:

Diverse species of chimpanzees, black and white colobus, red tailed monkey, blue monkeys, golden monkeys, bush babies are all visible easily in places like Kibale National Park and Budongo Forest. Uganda is one of the world best places for “bird watching” activities. Although the size of Uganda is not particularly big, it hosts over 1000 species of birds, this can be experienced Ruwenzori Mountains, land of Karamoja and Ssese islands of Lake Victoria. Some of the birds include African fish eagle, Papyrus gonolek, Shoebill stork, horn bills among others.

Other best places for bird watching are: Bwindi National Park, Queen Elizabeth National park, Semliki National Park and Wildlife Reserve, Lake Mburo National Park, Murchison Falls National Park, Mabira Forest and Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary among others.

Water Rafting and Source of the Nile:

The famous Starting place of river Nile from Lake Victoria marks the wonderful beginning of a magnificent adventure across the speed and rough waters of River Nile. Water rafting route or games is one of most preferred activities by most of our clients, Uganda is one of the best place in Africa for water rafting activities due to its geographical nature, landscapes and the speed of the water from the longest River in Africa – River Nile.  Water rafting can be done by people of age from 14 – 70 years, what matters is one’s physical fitness. All of our water rafting participants needs to wear safety gears which will be provided by our guides. The whitewater rafting activities have three options: half day, full day and two days activity, from a minimum of 5 kilometers to 30 kilometers.

Rwenzori Mountaneering Trekking:

Ruwenzori is the largest mountain series in Africa, spread for over 120 kms in Uganda towards Congo boarder, Ruwenzori Mountains does not have a volcanic eruptions – so it os dormant  unlike many other African mountains. Today it is found within the Ruwenzori Mountains National Park.  In the inner part of the park, there are six main mountains. The highest is Mount Stanley; with 5.109m above sea level and it is the third highest in Africa, only after Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Kenya. Ruwenzori Mountains are also known as the “Mountains of the Moon”.

Our visitors will start at the central circuit with possibility of climbing to the summit; this is a nine days trekking safari. Otherwise a number of hiking options (one day, two days or more) are possible from the locations surrounding the Park.

Ssese Islands and Lake Victoria:

A large amount of the Uganda land is taken by, rivers and lakes in specific, Lake Victoria – the biggest in Africa –  Uganda being a land-locked country, is enjoying the presence of tourist destination  like the archipelago of the Ssese Islands which are said to be 84 in total; several of them are incredibly small while others have big conservatory inhabitants. In Ssese Island, there is accommodation, beautiful beach and other activities which you could only find them at coaster areas, while they are here, tourists like doing fishing games and sports, bird watching excursions, and boat riding or even kart surfing if there are windy.

Sport Fishing:

This is one of the awesome activities, Sport fishing, it is usually done in smooth stable water or for those who are pro, can sport fishing even on Lake Victoria and Murchison Falls National Park. The main catch of the Lake is the Nile Perch; fishing can be done in different ways, either by the use of trolling lures or any other familiar method.
